This is an excellent visualisation of the complex interactions we have with Twitter and TV. I’m impressed with how Twitter have been able to display a multiplier effect in social media engagement with user metrics and feedback loops. I can’t wait to see brands begin to integrate this kind of feedback into their marketing programs – it could lead to very fluid campaigns, which change depending on the reactions of TV viewers.
