What Is PointClickCare?
PointClickCare is the leading cloud-based healthcare software provider for North America’s long-term and post-acute care (LTPAC) and senior care industries. It is used by more than 26,000 skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and home health agencies.
The Point Click Care software allows clinical teams to electronically document all care delivery activities, with one unified record for each patient. The technology enables healthcare organizations to connect securely with hospitals, specialists, and pharmacies to access important health information across the continuum, allowing for better and quicker decision-making.
The Point Click Care Portal provides users with one secure central login portal to access their Point Click Care account online. They can connect with their services, care, financial operations, customer resource center, and more.
Point Click Care Login Guide
Point Click Care users may log in to their Point Click Care Online Account in the following manner (you receive login information from the administrator of your organization):
- Go to the official Point Click Care website at pointclickcare.com
- Click on the “Login” link from the top right corner of the homepage.
- Then input your Point Click Care Online Account username and password.
- Click on the “Login” button.
Once logged into your Point Click Care Account, you will be able to view, access, analyze all the information about your program and resources.
Additional Point Click Care Account Portal Information
- The Point Click Care login is case-sensitive.
- If you are trying to enter your Point Click Care account from a location that does not match your administrator’s setup or provides the wrong organization code, you may not be able to log in.
- Your login may be suspended if your user rights to Point Click Care have been disabled or removed. In that case, you will need to contact your administrator to unlock your access.
- The Point Click Care portal only allows a maximum number of login attempts from an IP address. If you exceed this value, wait at least 15 minutes before trying again.
