Trinity Mirror looked to Harkable to help grow their social media audience to increase traffic on the site from social. The Mirror wanted help in providing a social media strategy across all their digital properties to drive engagement off-site and bring more readers back on a regular basis through social channels.
Our team created a social media strategy in collaboration with the digital team to drive growth of their Twitter and Facebook profiles. This included a deeper integration with the paper marketing team for cross-platform promotions, surfacing archive topical content such as MirrorPix, engagement frequency and tone of voice, social content pillars and tools for moderation and management. We also provided the editorial team and journalists with consultancy and digital best practice, helping them source, create and promote news more effectively to drive relevance and stickiness of content.
