A Whole Heap of Social Media Stats – What We Learned in 2012

There have been many changes in the world of social media in 2013, and sometimes it’s hard to keep track of them all. So much so its taken me nearly all of January to get my head around this post!

I’ve put together some of the stat highlights of 2012 below to help you plan for activity into 2013…


  • 83% of social media customer service users have walked away from a purchase after a bad experience, compared to 49% of non-users (Source: AllTwitter) Tweet this
