An informational website to educate Samsung Mobile customers with security information in a fun and engaging experience.

The Brief

The world’s largest provider of mobile devices briefed us to create an awareness campaign educating Samsung’s pan-European customers around their suite of services which help customers keep their important devices and data safe. The three services available to customers were; Find My Mobile – a location-based service to help you track down your device if lost or stolen; Backup – stores all your important data and media in the cloud; and Dropbox – get 50GB of storage free for a year.

Our Approach

We devised a ‘Peace of Mind’ campaign, creative approach and assets for marketing and social media content to demonstrate to users how to use these functional products on their devices. A website was also created which guided visitors through the three services via a changing landscape over the course of a day and night. The art direction communicates the always-on nature of these products and the warm illustration style keeps it personal and friendly to appeal to a mainstream audience. The social media strategy and assets helped to deliver the campaign message and promoted earned media through the existing Samsung community. The campaign was adopted throughout European markets, who were provided with our creative toolkits for local implementation.
