Our very own Will Francis was offering advice in a piece on BBC1’s The One Show last night, which looks at how effective complaining to companies on social media is when compared with traditional channels like email and phone. The results were pretty conclusive – if you want to get heard by a brand, get on Twitter or Facebook!
